The Museo Nazionale del Cinema operates under private law. Its founding members include the City of Turin, the Piedmont Region, the Compagnia di San Paolo, the Fondazione CRT, the Associazione Museo Nazionale del Cinema and GTT.
It receives support from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities.

Help us preserve the memory of cinema
The Museum welcomes proposals for donations of the following types of material: film equipment, pre-cinema devices, posters, photographs, films in analogue or digital formats,
books, journals and archival materials, such as screenplays, storyboards, contracts and correspondence.
